For those in the south zone, the easiest access to Riocentro is via Barra da Tijuca. After passing by Elevado do Joá and reaching Av. das Américas, follow to s New York City shopping Center and keep your right side at Av. Ayrton Senna. Go to the right at the bifurcation, following the signs to Recreio and continue in Chico Anysio curve. Keep to the left and take Av. Embaixador Abelardo Bueno. Now you just keep to the left and you will reach Av. Salvador Allende. The entrance to Riocentro will come soon.
The access to Riocentro via Linha Amarela is more appropriate to those who are in the north zone or downtown. At the end of Linha Amarela, Barra da Tijuca direction, enter Av. Ayrton Senna, keeping on the right lane. Go to the right at Av. Embaixador Abelardo Bueno until the end. Keep to the left and enter Av. Salvador Allende. The entrance to Riocentro will come soon.

If you are in the South Zone, there are several subway stations to bring you directly to Jardim Oceânico Station, in Barra. At Jardim Oceânico, you only have to catch the BRT until the olympic center terminal and from there follow to Riocentro station.From Santos Dumont Airport, in Rio centre, the nearest subway station is Cinelândia. From there, follow until Jardim Oceânico Station, in Barra da Tijuca. From Jardim Oceânico station you must catch the BRT until Riocentro.If you are at Tom Jobim/Galeão International Airport, the option is BRT via Transcarioca which connects the Airport to Alvorada Terminal in Barra da Tijuca and then catch the Alvorada BRT to Riocentro.If you are in the West Zone, you may use the BRT via Transoeste and go to Recreio terminal and from there follow to Riocentro station.
